Consulting fees are
generally billed on a time &
materials basis. At the
client's preference, fees
may be calculated and
billed on a total project cost
basis. A combination of the
nature, expected duration of
the project and your
preferences generally
determine the choice.
Whether the project is
structured on a time &
materials or total cost
basis, TORF Environmental
Management develops a
detailed written proposal
which includes the
proposed scope of work,
project objectives,
schedule, estimated
charges with a
not–to–exceed cost, and
miscellaneous terms and
agreements, including such
items as confidentiality and
quality of work.
We are anxious to provide
more specific information
on client references, rates,
agreement terms, and
certificates documenting
professional and pollution
liability protection, per your
request.
